How much is shipping?
Australia wide shipping is a flat $39 for unframed prints and $132 for framed prints, regardless of size. International shipping (unframed only) is a flat $66.
Do you ship framed prints internationally?
Not currently — framed prints are available for Australian shipping only, due to the size and fragility of shipping glass and timber frames overseas. If you're outside our domestic shipping zone and want a framed piece, get in touch and we can look into options.
Shipping costs do not include import taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless stated otherwise.
Can I track my order?
All orders will be sent tracking information.
ABOUT PRINTS
How do I know my print is authentic?
All prints and original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Polly Dawson.
What are frames made from?
Frames are made from Tasmanian Oak, available in raw or white finish.
What sort of paper are these printed on?
Each print is a high quality archival print of the original piece, professionally scanned and printed on 100% cotton rag paper with no border.
What are the exact sizes of each print?
- A4 — 210 x 297mm
- A3 — 297 x 420mm
- A2 — 420 x 594mm
- A1 — 594 x 841mm
All prints include a 2mm border.
ABOUT ORIGINALS
Does original artwork come framed?
Yes. All original artwork is sold stretched and float framed. This is included in the price.
Do you ship original artwork internationally?
Certain original pieces can be purchased for international shipping if they have not yet been stretched and framed. If you wish to purchase original artwork from outside of Australia please contact Polly under ‘contact’
How do I hang my original artwork?
It is highly recommended to seek professional help for hanging of any artwork due to their size and weight. To ensure the longevity of the artwork it is recommended, where possible, for it to be positioned away from direct sunlight.

Do the paintings come framed?
Work sold within Australia is professionally float framed. Commissions outside of Australia are sold and shipped rolled unless otherwise specified.
Do you ship interstate?
Yes, all framed work can be shipped safely interstate. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on location.
If I don't like it, can I get a refund?
All commissions are subject to an agreed ‘commission agreement contract’. Within this agreement it states that no refunds can be given for dislike or change of mind. This ensures respect, clarity and fairness for both parties.
