All content on this site, including artwork images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Polly Dawson and may not be reproduced without written permission. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are subject to change. Payment is required in full before artwork is dispatched or commission work begins. All commissions are governed by a signed agreement contract. Polly retains the right to photograph and share all works for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. Polly Dawson reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at her discretion.

Polly Dawson is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected through this website — including your name, email, and delivery address — is used solely for processing orders, arranging shipping, and sending newsletters you have opted into. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers and no financial details are stored. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, and you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time.
SHIPPING POLICY
All original artworks sold within Australia are professionally float framed and shipped via tracked courier. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on size and location, and confirmed prior to purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and dispatch. International orders are shipped rolled and unframed unless otherwise arranged. Prints can be shipped framed or unframed within Australia, and unframed internationally. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact Polly within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Polly Dawson is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing outside of her control.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of original artworks, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind. Each piece is created with careful attention and is presented as accurately as possible. Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to screen differences. All prints are carefully inspected before dispatch, and refunds are not available for change of mind on print purchases. Once an artwork has been shipped, responsibility passes to the courier. Polly is not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit. However, if your order does arrive damaged, please contact Polly within 48 hours with photographic evidence and she will work with you to find a resolution.
